FBCLW KIDS
As the children's ministry of First Baptist Church of Lake Wales, we strive to create an environment where children look forward to Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Our dedicated and caring leaders demonstrate Jesus' love while using an age-appropriate curriculum to teach God's word. We partner with families to lead children to Christ and make disciples for future generations!
Kids Connection
Birth - 5th grade
Our Kids Connection Group at 9:15 a.m. each Sunday. We use First Look (preschool) and 252 Kids (elementary) to create an engaging experience that inspires deeper faith and to help each kid apply God's truth to their lives.
Children's Church
Birth - 3rd grade
10:30 am Worship time for children birth through third grade. Children meet in various classrooms in the children's building to listen to the Bible's message and participate in activities that enhance their understanding of God's Word.
Kids 4:12
Based on 1 Timothy 4:12, we use this time of worship with our 4th and 5th graders to remind them they are not too young to set an example for others.
We gather in the sanctuary at 10:30 a.m. to worship with the congregation. Then KIDS 4:12 moves to their room to listen to a biblical message focused on their age group.
Awana
Birth - 5th Grade
AWANA meets every Wednesday evening, 6-7:15 p.m. During this time children focus on memorizing scripture while participating in engaging activities. AWANA is an exciting midweek meeting for kiddos!
